The forum is nice when you want to take a break from the logical world.

Based on your profile: "Client satisfaction is my highest priority" and you are an expert digital marketer.

Based on your 3-star review: client is unsatisfied and claims that your marketing did not work (and that it was a waste of money). You also missed an opportunity to respond to this customer's review. By not replying to this review, it shows future customers that client satisfaction isn't a priority of yours. You also missed an opportunity to address the concerns that your buyer brought up (i.e., that your marketing doesn't work and that it was a waste of money).

Unfortunately, the 3-star review is the only review you have on this gig. It will be hard to convince future buyers to purchase this service.
