Keeping track of payments to sellers

Because I may be working with several fiverr contractors during the course of my day I loose track of how many purchases I have made from each and unfortunately pay pal doesn’t distinguish by vendor only by fiverr. Suggestions please.

if you make a lot of purchases, you should just keep the record using excel as @bacha85 suggested. 🙂

and in such an excel file, have columns like ‘seller id’, ‘link of Gig’, ‘Gig ordered date’, ‘Delivery date’.



These are some of the columns I could think of. You can change as suits you best.

Doesn’t your “shopping” page list each order separately, even if you order more than once from an individual seller?
