Payment Method Error

No matter what payment method I use to pay of a gig or send a tip, I keep getting this error:

There’s an issue with your payment.

Here’s what you can do:
• Contact your bank or your payment provider to get more details about the issue.
• Provide another payment method to complete your order.

 

Is this happening to anyone else, or just me? I would like to tip someone that recently did some work for me, and possibly hire them again. I have contacted Support and have yet to receive a reply.

Is this the same method you used to pay the seller for the order? Perhaps it may be on your bank's end rather than Fiverr's end? I'm not too familiar about this - but certainly CS will have better answers. I guess the most you can do is call your provider.

I've paid for 4 separate orders so far with 2 different methods. After the first 2 payments I had to try and try and try and try before the other 2 went through. I contacted CS and haven't received a response back. I found an old forum post from 2016 where others were having the same issue as I am having right now.

I have exactly the same issue.  I have paid using the same credit card 4 days ago without any issue.  I don't know why the issue now.
