Not receiving emails for new customers

I feel like I used to receive an email every time I got a message on Fiverr, but I no longer receive those emails. I assumed Fiverr wouldn't randomly stop emailing, so I have only just recently checked and saw that I missed two potential customers. I still get emails about Fiverr's special promotions and events and whatnot, don't worry, but I don't get the emails I actually care about and need anymore.

You need to check this from Profile > Settings > Notifications to receive emails.
