Contacted seller, no history of message, no email confirmation, no record of event

Hi, new to Fiverr, I found a service provider, I submitted a question via their profile contact form, however, there is no record of the submission, when I visit today I don't even see the same contact form again and now their request quote is gone.  I never received an email and I don't see any history on my account, what could have happen for it to completely disappear?

No one replied, so maybe I"m not clear.  From a seller profile page, I submitted a question to them via the contact button, I never had a confirmation that anything happened and I don't see any history of the question I posted to them.  I've also noticed that the button on their profile to request a quote is gone now.  What should I do?

if nothing happen, you can find someone else if you didn't place an order. I'm not clear you placed an order or just messaged.
