uk1000 Posted June 22, 2022 Share Posted June 22, 2022 (edited) You could ask customer support to see what might have changed or see if they can update it if it's not working the way it should. Maybe it could be because of the type of video file. Maybe it could be a codec it doesn't support or if you're using alpha channels it might not support that or a resolution it doesn't support.
