What will happen, if I received a Dispute?



Today a buyer placed an order without communicating with me. I told him thanks and I will be back soon after finishing this. But a few moments later, he asked me to cancel the order before I asked him anything he sent me a Cancellation Request. At this time I did the job and asked him to check the site. But he is not responding.
Now I am asking all of you if I accept the cancelation request if that will affect my cancelation report in my profile?
Or please give me a suggestion, how can I cancel this order without any warning?

If you did the task before he initiate the cancellation request. There is no reason to cancel the order.
You can decline the request with writing why you can't accept the cancellation request.
Additionally, you can reach to customer support and explain everything.

Else, if wish to skip the process, to maintain your completion rate, ask customer support that it's not your fault and also yo did the job and ask their support to cancel from their end without affecting your completion rate and profile metrics.
