I had canceled the order on Fiverr, and the order complication rate decreased by 86% after 4 days I didn't get any order, and my complication rate decreased to 80% why?

How is order completion calculated?

The Order Completion formula is the rate/percentage of the completed orders out of all of the orders placed from your buyers, where the last update (cancellation/completion) was in the past 60 days.
