Losing a client on Fiverr

I needed to carry out a house listing task for a client and the platform requested his contact details. He sent that to me and Fiverr restricted us from talking. I want Fiverr to understand that this is strictly business and they should return the conversation.

If that was for an order then it should be part of your requirements and shared as an answer to your requirements. 
Otherwise contact details shared in messages considered as breaking rules

Sorry, what does this mean? I am not aware of any automation in Fiverr orders that request contact information.
