Under "to do" why are all the "how was your experience with the buyer" crossed out?

I went to “to do” and see every one of the buyers names crossed out along with

"how was your experience with the buyer" also crossed out. Everything there is crossed out with

a line through it even though I have not rated the buyers. Why?

I have never seen a User that seems to have so many technical issues!
