When a FIVERR is doing a gig for me and posts an update on the order page

When a FIVERR is doing a gig for me and posts an update on the order page, that task doesn’t get added to my “To Do” tab.



Is that a glitch or is there someway to activate that? I’m working with over 10 FIVERRS right now and I don’t want to miss their updates/questions.



Any suggestions?

Whenever an update is posted for me, my message light blinks. I also receive an email notification.
