I created gig but in last i faced issue of English test i could pass test because of network issue now fiverr said retake after 92 days any solution to retake instantly, it is long time

The only thing you can do is to reach out to support and explain the situation. They might be able to help you. If not, you just have to wait for 92 days. 

Please note that you need to be a proficient English speaker to pass the test, and Fiverr has multiple ways of uncovering cheating.

Yeah it's a long time. "There is a one-day waiting period between test retakes. You may only take a test twice within a three-month period."  That's the rules we can't do anything .
