My gig have an average review but it's a 1 star review, so i think it's affecting me to get more orders from other buyers but i don't know what to do again as i always stay active online everyday but no changes, i need your help here you level's sellers?

Yes, a 1 star review and it being your only review is definitely affecting you. Staying online does not help.
