Can't Upload Profile Picture

I can't upload a profile picture. Anyone else have this bug? I need it fixed so I can start a gig.

Hi mate! 

I believe there are certain rules regarding the profile images you select and I hope you are aware of them. Following are some 

- It should not be copied image.

- It should be relevant to your gig offering

- It should be of proper size and pixels, 4000 x 2416 pixels

None of these options worked.  I gave in and downloaded the app and up uploaded my photo sideways and will not allow me to change it or upload a new one.

try to use google chrome browser , usually it work better on Fiverr

Edit your profile and go to the gallery page. Go down to where the pictures are suppose to show up and look to the right. It will tell you the specific size of the photo. If your photo is any larger, it will not load. There are a couple of sizes that will be allowed.
