It depends. If you're in the same categories, it will be even more risky. You can reach out to customer support and ask. I know couples have been given permission before, so it might be an option. Always better to ask before you do it. If you don't, you're risking both of your accounts.

Kindly clear out your doubt by contacting Fiverr customer support as they will guide you throughout ,else you may be at risk as it will be seen like one person is operating two different accounts which we guess isn't allowed or may be allowed depending on some circumstances by fiverr. (not confirmed though)  so it's better to get clear overview of the situation by experts opinion of fiverr customer support team.
