How to rank a brand new gig?

Recently I created a gig. I understand that a gig can not ranked overnight it's need time. But in this time what should I do.

So can anyone tell me the right way to rank a gig. Or what should I need to do for ranked my gig.

Please ignore the basic idea. Tell me in advanced way.
