Is there best option to use promoted option?

Hi,

I have used this option many time but when this option off then all my gigs down. 
So Now I am confuse to ON option of Promote gig or not

Fiverr has many different criteria they study and if you don't meet those, your gig will not be available for promoting anymore. In my case, I start and stop Promoted Gigs as needed. I don't always keep it on, especially if I anticipate a short break or if my health is not the best right now.

There is also a hidden feedback that buyers leave and it can be quite different from what they write on a public review.

Get better soon @donnovan86. And thanks for the advice. I plan on a trip next weekend. I think I will turn off my promoted gigs for a bit.
