Кожен раз, коли я намагаюся вивести гроші на свій paypal. Це займає 2-3 хвилини, і ось повідомлення на мою пошту.

Пізніше я переходжу на свій fiverr, і до другого знімка екрана додається відшкодування.

The fiverr forum is just made up of other sellers - we only know as much as you do and can't really offer technical support. You should open a ticket request with seller support from the help page.

Just go to the PayPal website and you will find a Contact icon at the bottom of the page.

That is the only way you are going to be able to resolve this as Fiverr has stated in your screenshot.
