What will be my delivery time percentage if i deliver an 100 days late order, and if i cancel the order it will only effect the Cancelation rate or it will also effect my delivery time percentage?

Cancelling won't impact delivery time. It will impact the cancellation rate.

Delivering late will impact late delivery stat.
