i would like to know something. I have been working fiverr market place last 2 years. when promote option on that time my gig is stay 1st page . when promot option is gone that time  my gig is disappear from the 1st page.what is the connection promote option

Promoting a gig will, of course, make it more visible. That's the whole point of gig promotion. 
If your buyer satisfaction rate or other stats drop, you might lose access to gig promotion because Fiverr only wants to promote the best sellers.
