Fiverr page collapsing when I go to it

Hey there, I don't know if this is a website bug or what, but when I go to a page I was looking at, it loads for a split second before collapsing. It's literally only one page, as well. I just placed my order last night with this artist and now, for some reason, their page just acts weird. The actual content of the page disappears, and I only see the picture I'm attaching below. The seller didn't block me or anything, so I'm just wondering what's going on. Any help would be appreciated!

 

EDIT: I just tried viewing the page while logged out, and it works, but when I logged back in it does this. But I'm able to message the artist just fine, so I don't think I was blocked or anything. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I have an order in progress? I just don't understand.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache, logging in from incognito mode or tried a different browser?

To solve this issue you need to clear you browsing cache. Hope it will work.
