You have just spammed keywords which is not what the Fiverr algorithm cares about anymore.

Create a title with a targeted search intent in mind.

What is your ideal buyer looking for?

Think about the answer to this question and formulate an appropriate "I will create..." answer that will get them to click.

Suggest you check out the competition in your category re pricing as new sellers usually lower their prices until they move up the levels.
