Payment and customer support

Hi Everyone,

 

I feel payments take take too long to clear and my customers have their work I’ve made for two weeks while I waiting to be paid I feel this is as a creator working like this is very hard, I work from payment to payment finding it hard to save as a creator the customer service on Fiverr needs live support please added it with fast payments if other site can do this why can’t you, and I really don’t like being paid in usd ($) I not American and I don’t want to wait for for my payment please add more local support for your creators !!!

 

Sorry for the rant just need to get this out people are going hungry while waiting to be paid this is not fair.

Yes i understand this but waiting on money, when i work as a freelance i should be paid for the work i do the day it's completed not two weeks later, what happens when a customer had that two weeks use our of the work and asks for a refund as they not happy with it or something is work the time we as a creator who was waiting to be paid now having to work that much hard to make more money the work i do is 3d model making and art in 3d not everyone has a need for this im training in other skills but i can't depend on money being there for me it's hard to take some gigs due to hoping funds will be available to buy things for the gig(s) and the normal daily things bills 😔.

I live very basic life i sold everything i had not a laptop and software to stay being a creator due to covid mucking up my life i dont have much but what i have im proud off as i did it for myself its just feels like i have a boss waiting for that paycheck i don't want this feelace is to me .

and i was told by tv ads on fiverr i got payed after the gig was done not wait 14 days so i did not sign up for waiting for money what happened to the quick payment i don't like USD to other countries its a not good UK pound is stronger and always gives a good exchange rate for everyone why is this not used ?

  Revenues are only made available for withdrawal from the Revenue page following a safety clearance period of 14 days after the order is marked as complete. Top Rated Sellers are eligible to withdraw revenue following a safety clearance period of 7 days after the order is marked as complete.

If you don't mind my asking, which ads did you watch? Most official Fiverr ads I'm aware of are designed to attract Buyers, not sellers.

While the long wait time to withdraw funds is frustrating, it's part of the standard process we agree to when we sign up to Fiverr. I don't know any freelancing platform that allows for payments immediately, this is an international payment service, allowing us to get jobs and payments from clients all over the world.

All banks have their processing timescales which are usually 3-5 working days (at least where I am anyway) and international payments can take even longer. So I'm not surprised. However, I was really pleased that when I requested withdrawal of my funds from Fiverr after the 14 days had elapsed the money went into my bank account the same day.

Personally I like to let the money gather up and then withdraw it once a month like a payslip.
