The fact that he does not accept it is not the problem, can reach an agreement (like a new deliverie) what would affect somewhat, would be if he asked to cancel or leave a bad rating, neither is catastrophic, but it does delay and complicate you, the less sold orders you have, the more important this will be.
I hope you have not delivered blank, I do not understand what you mean by "automatic delivery" but as far as I know, that does not exist. That would be grounds for a warning on Fiverr.
