Did the rules recently change?

I read on another post that someone got level 2 in just 15 days (INCREDIBLE 🙂 )



I should technically be level 2 shortly, and should of been level 1 last week.

Admin told me today I have to wait 1 month for level 1.



Did this recently change?

that’s strange. i created my first ever gig here on 12/31/12 (i’ve always been a buyer only), received my very first order about 1/4/13 and just today became a Level 1 member. maybe you should talk to admin, again.

Did you notice a significant amount of increase in traffic after becoming level 1 and 2?

One more thing Does Being Top rated seller needs really old account or you can just be top rated seller with unique gig and 1 month old account??

Just throwing an idea here and I believe that @MadMoo has answered that the post you read is misleading which is correct. But if you head over to the Levels page you will find the requirement for a Level 1 seller to be: You’ve been active on the site for 30 days and completed at least 10 orders while maintaining excellent ratings and a great track record.



Just had a peek at your profile and you joined Fiverr only 12 days ago, wait up a few weeks and you will be automatically promoted if you still meet the other 2 requirements

I read that you have to have seniority and be a community leader in the cheat sheet. I think I do a nice job being a community leader on this forum and helping out new sellers, but the seniority part seems like “first come first serve” to me.



Do you know how the seniority works and how the editorial staff decides that?

My speculation is, try not to want / pursue it as much and it will come.

I just had another person ask me to cancel order. because he wantes 1 minut of video for 1 gig when it should be 2… aghh… unfair!
