Question

I had a bad experience with an unprofessional seller

He did the job without following the requirements I have given to him

and I asked the seller in the chat first if he couldn't do the requirements correctly so please let's cancel the order... and I'm surprised that he make a cancelation without replying to the message

Now I want to know if I accept the cancelation will my money return back?

I'm a new buyer in Fiverr and I hope anyone helps me

Note: he gives me the customer offer and I purchased through the credit card

Here are the steps to cancel an order, https://www.fiverr.com/support/articles/4416953059473-How-to-cancel-an-order?segment=buyer . The seller has to also accept the cancellation on their end. If this method works out, you will be able to automatically receive your refund once its cancelled. However, if you aren't able to settle things with the seller then you can contact Customer Support (support@fiverr.com). Mention the order number. Its best you try to communicate and work things out with the seller first.

Hey Iremselim,

If the seller send you a cancellation request, then you can normally cancel the order. You will get the refund. But when you making the order, Fiverr took a little charge on that order. Most probably you won't get back that fees. Otherwise you will get a refund.

Thank you.

After you accept the cancellation, it will be added to your Fiverr balance and you can use it for your next purchase with any other seller. I am both a buyer and a seller on Fiverr. I have also encountered sellers who didn't work on the order and had to cancel it. It was credited to the balance and I could use it on some other purchase.
