Cannot log into Fiverr Affiliate.

Hello,

Right now I am trying to log into my Fiverr Affiliate account and all I am getting is white space. I have done this on my Windows laptop on both Chrome and Edge and I am still getting white space. I have tried to clear the cache, but that doesn't work. How do I fix this?
