Hi. By "won't affect my rating", do you mean your actual rating, as in your order completion rate dropped due to those incidents? In that case, I think they use to say something like they can't promise that it won't drop but you can get back to them if it does, so I'd try asking again. If you don't mean your actual rating but "just" "was pushed from page1 to nowhere to be seen", and your Gigs are active (you've tested that on the support page, right?) I fear that's nothing support can or would do something about, and you'll have to wait it out, some people here call it "being in Fiverr jail", which might happen after such events, or even just after taking time off.

If you check your Gigs on the page linked above, however, you'll see this (for active Gigs):

Quote

Gig status: Active

Your Gig is active and appears in search results.

Note! Algorithms use quality & business measurements to sort search result pages—users get optimized and personalized results.

So you should still be found by people looking for what you offer, even if you can't find your Gig in the first pages where people would just browse vs searching. Hope that's at least a small consolation.

And if your Gig status does not appear as "Active" (had that some time ago, after editing the Gig, when I was starting to wonder why there are really zero new people messaging for whole weeks), you can contact support, as they ask you to in that place in that case, and they can push the Gig back into search.

Here's the link to the page you can check your Gig Status once more, easier to notice, for people who didn't encounter it yet:

Hi @antonmarais1981, I'm not seeing what you're seeing...

Three months ago, you had 1 sale.

Two months ago, you had 4 sales.

In the last month, you had 10 orders and your last delivery was 16 hours ago. All of your reviews are 5-star reviews.

I'm not sure what your concern is. Can you clarify?

Hi Vicki issue is after i did cancelations my ratings fell to the floor moving me back on the pages on fiverr. Im looking for a solution how to move back up. I had most of those orders when i was in the top pages since my gigs fell back i havent had many clients buying my gigs. The latest orders i got was from clients coming back from a few weeks back.

But im not venting 😛 Just looking for a solution to a problem. Like everything on Fiverr when you get a problem you need to look into it and find out why.

So Like Milla was saying im in Fiverr jail so i guess its a waiting game.

HI @antonmarais1981, the worst thing is letting your orders dry up, so I can see your concern if you're not getting any new orders.

If you're not getting many inquiries, it might be time to try getting some orders through buyers requests.

I also notice many of your buyers stated in their reviews that they will "definitely be using your services again," "definitely order again," and "will use on future projects." It wouldn't hurt to send a single custom offer to some of the buyers that said they will definitely use your services again. Only contact them once and only contact the ones who are most likely to use the offer. Don't spam your buyers. Mention that you're sending the offer because of their comments and they can have the offer "just in case" they need it (no pressure). You may want to offer a discount, but since you're priced so low, I don't think you'll need it. You may not hear from them and that is okay. Only talk to them if they reach out to you.

In the future, try to get the next order from your buyer while the current order is in progress. Or right after the order closes, send a custom "just in case you need it" offer if you see a comment of "will definitely order again." This will prevent you from reaching out to your buyers unnecessarily. I get most of my orders from repeat buyers and this has helped me during the slow times when there are no new inquiries coming in.
