since yesterday, the impressions and page views didn’t change and are stuck on the same numbers .

Is it a problem ? else, how much time does it take to refresh ?

I really doubt that the page hasn’t refreshed or that it’s a problem with Fiverr. Quite simply I think that you have just made 0 impressions or page views in the last day.
