Started Order, Need Milestones

I'm working on an order with several items, and my client needs some of them soon. Is it possible to break an order I already started into milestones?

No, a milestone order is set up before the purchase. The most you can do right now is just attach the files within the order page and if needed, extend the deadline. Once all parts are complete, attach all of them during delivery.
