help with fiverr order cancel

Hi, yesterday Fiverr canceled my order without giving me any cancelation warming. I contact support and they are saying that canceled it cause of client's payments method was wrong. I work with the logo and print design the order was pretty big one I designed 21 designs for $378 not daily I get a big order like this. now i’ve to payback 378usd for the client payment method which they didn’t checked and moreover my order completion rate is now 89. How can I get my money and the rate back?

You will have to keep talking with fiverr support explaining that it’s not your fault that there was something wrong with clients payment method and you want to be paid for the work and hours you worked.

You should contact fiverr support . They can only help you to get you paid which you deserve.

I talked to Fiverr support they are taking the refund. every time I complete an order they take the refund. is there any way to stop that like it isn't my fault. IF I talked to them will they stop taking the refund?
