Unsuitable or difference on earning

Hello fiverr community, so today i just finish an order of $30 and if it is reduced by fiverr fees it should be $24 and in the order page, it clearly state i earn $24. But why in my pending clearence it says i only has $16 earning? that's mean i I lost $8 of my earnings. I visibly confuse. I did try to contact fiverr cs with the ticket system but they didn't respond. Is there any other way for me to contact the cs team? Thank you

It can take 24 hours to hear back from CS. I would just be patient. I have never not had a response from them, sometimes it just takes a bit of time. 🙂

ack sorry! i just freaking out! and it has been a day since i deliver the order i thought it just a misscalcution or some kind of bug at first but since it's been a day and the number didn't change i started to freak out :") this never happen to me before. Also i look up through the forum and there is no one encounter the same problem like me so i was wondering is this the system problem or any other factor

No apologies needed, I completely understand and I'd be concerned too!! But I'm sure CS will provide an explanation or a solution soon, try not to worry too much. 🙂 Keep us updated with what happened, because it is a little strange!

A little update,

The cs replied and they say they have forwarded the inquiry to the relevant team. I'm not sure how long it gonna takes but i will keep an update here when i got another replied><

Hello! The issue is finally fixed! it finally show the correct income in my earning>< however, the remaining pending fund are calculated from today, not calculated together with previously held funds. Am i making sense? sorry for my bad english ;w;)

 

but the issue has been solve now. Thank you! ><

Just goes to show how important it is to always check your earnings to make sure the amounts are correct.
