No, it won't be a problem. You can safely update the metadata and pricing. In fact, not doing so is what could harm your gig because your metadata may not be as suitable or ideal to the new section it's been moved to. Fiverr is telling you to change it because that will be helpful to you. Remember, when you make more sales, fiverr makes more money - so they do want you to succeed.
