Fiverr Seller Plus, an amazing tool

My sister started using Fiverr a year ago, and the very next month she got an option for Fiverr Seller Plus. I participated & signed up for the Fiverr Seller Plus at same time, but it's almost a year, I'm still not getting that option.

Shall I request that option again? Or it'll refresh the queue?
