Why can't I find my Gig in the search?

In the marketplace, a Gig's position is based on the seller’s performance over a set period. Gig positions are not permanent and can rotate daily.

There are many factors to take into consideration, some of which may include:

  • Order cancellations
  • Delivery rate
  • Responsiveness
  • The particular Gig’s maximum number of active orders in the queue, as based on your seller level.
  • Other Gigs performing at a higher rate.

If other sellers are ranked higher, they may be consistently getting 5-star feedback, delivering on time, communicating quicker, and so on. It all counts. For this reason, ensure that you provide high-quality and original work, avoid late deliveries and cancellations, are responsive, and always remain professional.

The above is from the Help Centre.

Did you preview the video before uploading? I made the mistake once that the video was in worse format than expected after exporting it into a video file.

Check also the recommended video settings. If it's too big either size or dimensions-wise, Fiverr might resize it, making it blurry and low quality potentially.

I have also added video on my gig but it's not impact much. If you think your gig video is not like clickbait type then you can remove it. but don't change anything on title, tags it will impact on your gig rank. Thank You

Thanks, I just want to delete the video + I want to add another gig image.

Fiverr is giving a boost to new gigs. If you had higher impressions and now they are lower that might mean that your gigs didn’t get any traction or Pinterest and fiverr is just placing you now according to your gig performance

How can I get a solution?

I wonted to change the image to keep all other gig image right, will there be any loss to my account?

None of us can predict your future. Experiment, make your gig/photo changes, and see what happens.

No not at all.
Your timing doesn't matter for buyer but it do matter how frequently you reply them and how valuable is your services for them.

Don't prioritize to be online invest your time to learn and improve the services and have as much as you can have knowledge in your field.
