Hello All, I would like to know about Gig Video. Is it true that video can help to rank our gig faster? Thanks in Advance.

As I answered the same question earlier today...

I believe fiverr used to say that a gig video was 30% or 40% more likely to get clicked, so I've always gone for a video for my main gig at least. It does make sense, in my opinion - you can convey much, much more information in a 60 second video than you can in a still image. It conveys your work, yourself a little bit, your level of professionalism, and getting a glimpse into your personality can help people to trust you.

I think a great gig video can be a huge asset and help you to stand out too.

It's not about "ranking" your gig. It's about making sales. Gigs with a (great) gig video is more likely to convert. That means, if I look at 10 gigs and two of them have a good gig video that explains what the service is and why I should buy from them and not all the other gigs, I'm more likely to buy from them than the ones without a video.

It's just a tool that helps you to introduce yourself better than just a photo, If you can use that tool appropriately then your gig's numbers will increase or not maybe has no effect.
