No, it does not. 

This myth have been confirmed as a lie by Fiverr itself. 

But if you use the forum to learn how to better yourself, optimize your gigs and deliver better work, you might gain an advantage. 

The only thing that will get you more orders is delivering high-quality work and service to your buyers over time. If you're great at what you do, you'll gain success.

You can learn from the forum but being active here make NO DIFFERENCE.
