promoted gig Changing a gig category while it promote

Hello there,

I had a gig that available promoting. But recently I change my gig category and now it says ( Not promotable (Ineligible) ). Do you know how we can bring it back for promote? If I contact customer support will they help?

One of the requirements for having your gig selected as a Promoted Gig is that you meet "additional quality metrics". Since you just moved your gig into a new category, Fiverr staff probably has to review the gig again and ensure that you meet the quality metrics within that category. And no, I don't think Customer Support will be able to help with this. Hope this helps!

If i change my gig back to the former category it was while promoting will fiverr restore my promotion eligibility?
