new seller account

i am new seller whenever i create gig on any keyword it shows on last page or second last page even i choose those keywords those are having less competitive or less search result but every time same result ( i have no cancel order or negative review)

whenever i ask everyone says  "STAY ONLINE"  but no result i know very well stay online can't rank your gig it remain on same position it has been 1 year ,

 

please give me suggestion how i setup my account or create one

Ignore all of this "stay online" nonsense which is being spammed all over the forum.
