If you have this feature available to you, you can request them to be added. Fiverr will verify the working relationship before adding a client to this list. 

To ask for permission, you need to reach out to that client and ask. It's best to do this while having an active order/project with the client, since contacting them later might be considered spam if the client gets annoyed. 
 

When you work with a client you'd like to add, you can ask them directly if it would be okey to showcase their brand on your profile.
