Need tips on how to use this forum

Okay, I'm having some difficulty in using this forum. Can someone tell me how to do the following:

1. On discourse we were able to quote a specific line from a previous post. On here, I've only been able to quote the entire post. What is the trick to quoting a word or line?

2. When I @ on discourse, it would bring the people in the post and would remember the most used (by me) so it was easy. Here, everytime I @ it brings up random people. Is there a way for me to have it remember the users?

Thanks everyone. 🙂

For this one, you just highlight the line and it will give you the option to quote it

Hmm.. As far as I know you can't, you will have to type out the username to get the proper tag.

Hello Fiverr Community,

I am new to the forum and don't know about all the terms and conditions of the forum. My question is...

Can I ask any questions to Fiverr forum experts related to Fiverr or my profile in their personal inbox?

Thanks.

I’m not an expert but you can post your queries instead of asking in personal inbox that way you can get multiple responses that can help you immensely.

There are sellers here with decades of experience, try avoiding taking any advice from a seller with no sales.

I did not do this before. But if I were you, I will definitely seek permission of the experts before asking any question. Before that I search my issue's solution on fiverr's articles.

Thanks @xotatech for your helpful information

This happens because:
1) Most of those sellers are not fluent in English. However, you will see "fluent" in their profile. This is a blatant lie they use to lure buyers.
2) They do not know the answer to the question that was asked, but wish to pose as "Fiverr specialists".
3) They think that all texts from a chatbot are 100% correct. This is certainly not the case.
