Is it possible to go back and top the front page

Hello all,
I have a problem and I am looking for a solution and I want you to share your experience if you had the same problem before.
I was on the first pages of the niche that I was working on, and I was getting requests every day, but then I made a mistake, and I received a warning, and I no longer appear on the first pages and I don't get requests.
My question: Is it possible to go back and top the front page? And how can I do that?
