Why my order completion rate has down?

My order completion rate is down automatically without cancel order. My order completion rate was 93% then I complete 10 more order but Now my order completion rate 90%.

Please tell me anyone what is this reason and what can I do now?

Because it’s a ratio that’s taking into account over last 60 days. So some completed  orders that were taken into account yesterday are not counting towards ratio today. Therefore if it’s less completed orders in the past 60 days over the cancelled order then your %ratio will go down

It was because you cancelled an order. That might have happened when

1. You failed to deliver the order on time
2. You gave the buyer a refund
3. The buyer initiated a cancellation

If you have a small number of orders and you cancel one of them, the percentage goes down dramatically. Keep it high so that you go up in levels when the right time comes.
