I can't verify my ID the photo you provided wasn’t of your ID

I have an old id verification that proves I'm 18 years old  I follow the process but fiver keeps sending me the error of the photo you provided wasn’t of your ID. My id card is an old one with a different design than the current IDs of my country and the system doesn't recognize the card id also in my id I have a photo of when I was a child anyways the birthdate confirms that I'm 18 years old. I know I have to renovate my id but in my country, the process takes 1 to 2 months. Anything I can do? Thanks for the help!

ID verification

ID verification process must be completed on a mobile device.

1. Add a clear photo of an official government ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) from the list of available documents (dependant on your country of residence).
2. Take a selfie.
   Your selfie and ID must match, and belong to you, to complete the process.
