Hi hamzaiqbal323,

At first read the buyer requirements carefully then try to understand what's buyer want after understand that then type your proposal like that

 

start with Hi or Hello and try to avoid these word Ma'am, Sir just type first Hi or Hello then describe details about work like how you can you complete the project what is the project time frame, what you need for the project, how much you charge for the project Etc.

 

after complete the proposal then type I'm wating for your response
