Buyer Cancelling my order due to low quality video edit

Ok so on May 16 I received a message from a buyer that he wants a video edit on a anime name neon Genesis Evangelion (released on 1995) and gave me a song and I edited it within time and he now cancelling my order saying that the video is of low quality. 

The anime itself is of low quality, and ya I edited that video on mobile rather that pc (because my pc got crashed on the same day he buyed the order) and i don't think that even pc can increase the video quality of the video. 

What should I do now?

What exactly was his request? For a song edited in to the anime? Or for a higher resolution video? Expectations should have been set from the start.
