watermark on files

Hello i have delivered work to a customer but when he downloaded files they have fiverr watermark on them, how can that be fixed , any help will be very appreciated .thank you

Did the buyer accept and complete the order? The watermark gets removed only until the order is accepted and completed.

The watermark is added as a protection for you. The Buyer needs to approve the delivery first, and then download the files again. The watermarks should be gone at that point.

It'd be hilarious if the watermark said "Pay First" instead of "Fiverr" 😅
