Replying to negative feedback

Is it possible to reply to negative feedback left on your gig? I’ve seen other sellers comment back to buyers who left negative comments on their gigs before, but it just happened to me and I can’t find any way to reply to the negative comment.

The buyer was totally unclear about whether the gig was a tip from a previous job or if it was a new job. Then tonight he cancelled the gig totally out of the blue and claimed that I didn’t deliver on time. He also ordered another gig for a new project that still has 3 days left on it.

Needless to say, it’s a completely unfair and out of context negative comment and I would like to post a reply in the feedback section explaining the situation for future potential buyers to see.
