As in automatically? You have to manually press the "deliver" button to complete an order here.

@theratypist thank you for your reply - that means there is no automation, because the file needs to be upload for every order and the buyer cannot get it after paying.

Yes there is none. There is a needed manual proof of delivery every time an order is made here.

this feature was there when Fiverr was introduced but eventually, they removed it you can share a pdf once you get the order and mark deliver
