I'm new on Fiverr. All I have to do is open gigs and wait for customers? How can I reach people to get jobs from the forum? Thanks in advance

Click on the "BUYER REQUESTS" and you should reach to buyer requests page.

The Fiverr forum is mostly Sellers, not Buyers. While it's possible to get orders from the Fiverr forum, it's highly unlikely.
